Payment/Cancellation/Substitution Policy:
Payments, both domestic and international, must be received on or
before July 29, 1997 (or October 7, 1997 for the Phoenix event).
No attendee will be admitted into the conference without payment
by either check, cash, traveler's check, credit card, training
documents or purchase order number. Substitutions may be made at
any time. Cancellations made before July 14, 1997 (or September
22, 1997 for the Phoenix event), will be accepted subject to a
cancellation service charge of $100. Confirmed registrants who do
not attend the conference or who cancel after July 14, 1997 (or
Sepetmber 22, 1997 for the Phoenix event), are liable for the
entire fee. All cancellations must be made in writing. (Please
Note: Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.)
Important Registration Information:
To facilitate your registration you will be assigned a
Confirmation Number. This confirmation number will appear on your
confirmation letter and invoice/receipt. If you have not
received your confirmation package and confirmation number within
5 business days of registering, please call DCI Customer Service
at (508) 470-3880. Late registrations and walk-ins are
welcome, however, you can save time with "Express
Registration." This will be available on-site for attendees
who register two weeks or more prior to the event and are
pre-paid.
