Registration Fees

Fees are listed on the page for the event. The fee includes course workbook, textbooks or proceedings (where applicable) and refreshment breaks.

Daily Schedule

All events are held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Seminar sign-in and on-site registration begins at 8 a.m. Conference and exposition sign-in and on-site registration begins at 7 a.m. Please check your confirmation package to verify your particular sign-in time.

Payment / Cancellation Policy

Payments, both domestic and international, must be received on or before the first day of the conference/seminar. No attendee will be admitted into the conference/seminar without payment by either check, cash, traveler's check, credit card, training document or purchase order number. Substitutions may be made at any time. Cancellations made before the two weeks prior to the event will be accepted subject to a cancellation service charge of $100. Confirmed registrants who do not attend the conference or cancel within the two weeks prior to the event are liable for the entire registration fee. All cancellations must be made in writing. (Please note: Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.)

Important Registration Info

To facilitate your registration, you will be assigned a confirmation number. This confirmation number will appear on your confirmation letter and on your invoice/receipt. If you have not received your confirmation packet and confirmation number five business days after phoning, faxing or mailing in your registration, please call DCI Customer Service at (508) 470-3880. Express Registration will be available on-site only for those attendees who preregistered two weeks prior to the event and received a confirmation number.

Discounts

When two or more individuals from a single company register together for any one seminar, the second and additional registrants are entitled to a $100 discount. This discount does not apply for one-day seminars.

Team Discount Available

Team attendance is encouraged at many of our conferences because exhibitors and speakers are often on multiple tracks. Our Team Discount Structure makes team attendance cost effective for you while giving your organization more complete coverage of the event. This discount structure applies to persons registering from the same company at the same time for selected conferences. Call for details.
