MA -- DCI's Internet Expo, the nation's leading
Internet and messaging event, will host leading
industry visionaries as they define the future of
the Internet. Edward Zander, president, Sun
Microsystems; Mitchell Kertzman, president and
CEO, Sybase, Inc.; and Patricia Seybold,
president and CEO, The Patricia Seybold Group,
are among the business executives who will
highlight key issues affecting business practices
on the Internet, Web, and EMail.
DCI's
Internet Expo is taking place at the San Jose
Convention Center, February 18-20, 1997.
Zander
kicks off the program with a featured address on
Network Computing, the industrys hottest
issue. Keynote presentations on a full range of
industry topics including the Internet's effect
on corporate America, the future of commerce on
the Internet, and the Internet as the next mass
medium will also be highlighted. DCIs
Internet Expo will premier hot new Web, EMail,
and Intranet technologies.

DCI's
Internet Expo, co-chaired by Dale Dougherty,
president, Songline Studios, and Einar Stefferud,
president, Network Management Associates, Inc.,
will offer business executives eight core
conferences, including: Web-Enabled Marketing;
Intranet Solutions; Hot New Internet
Technologies; Commerce on the Net; Best Practices
in Electronic Commerce; Business Strategies for
Extended Messaging, Collaborative Solutions, and
Open Standards Messaging. A special conference on
Client/Server on the Internet, with a chair
address by DCI founder and CEO George Schussel,
will also be presented.
Keynote
presentations and featured addresses will also be
delivered by Ellen Hancock, chief technical
officer, Apple Computer Inc.; Gary Bolles, COO,
Evolve Software, Inc.; Jim Sterne, president,
Target Marketing, and Denise Gibson, senior vice
president, Novell, Inc.
Multiple
Business Presentations
A
plethora of presentations has been created for
the business community. In addition to the
two-day Small Business Automation Conference and
Exposition, other business presentations to be
delivered include personalization vs. privacy,
redefining the value chain, extending intranets
to your business partners, and more. John Samuel,
vice president of American Airlines, will also
present a session on building customer loyalty.

Internet Expo - Conference Dates and Times
On
Wednesday, February 19, from 11:30 a.m. to 6
p.m., and Thursday, February 20, from 10:30 a.m.
to 4:30 p.m., DCI's Internet Expo exhibits will
be open to the public with a chance to talk with
the industrys leading companies about
up-to-date technologies and the premier of new
products. A special "First Look
Reception" will be held for the press and
conference attendees on Tuesday, February 18,
from 5 to 7 p.m. to preview the Expo before it
opens to the public.

located in Andover, Massachusetts, is a world
