will give an exclusive presentation at DCIs Field &
Sales Force Automation Conference, held September 10-12,
1996, at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston.
Named
one of the top five speakers in the world by the
180,000 membership of Toastmasters International,
Mackay will make his only public Boston
appearance on September 11, 1996, to discuss how
to outsell, outmanage, outmotivate and
outnegotiate your competition, offering tips on
salesmanship, customer service, management and
negotiation.
