Harvey Mackay, One of New York Times' #1 Best-Selling Authors, To Give Exclusive Boston-Area Presentation at DCI's Field & Sales Force Automation Conference

Andover, MA -- DCI is pleased to announce that Harvey Mackay, author of Swim With the Sharks Without Being Eaten Alive, Beware the Naked Man Who Offers You His Shirt, and Sharkproof, will give an exclusive presentation at DCI’s Field & Sales Force Automation Conference, held September 10-12, 1996, at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston.

Named one of the top five speakers in the world by the 180,000 membership of Toastmasters International, Mackay will make his only public Boston appearance on September 11, 1996, to discuss how to outsell, outmanage, outmotivate and outnegotiate your competition, offering tips on salesmanship, customer service, management and negotiation.

The Field & Sales Force Automation Conference co-chaired by Barton Goldenberg, President, ISM, Inc., and Tim Bajarin, President, Creative Strategies, will offer six comprehensive conference tracks: SFA & the Internet, Customer Asset Management, Today’s Technology, Sales & Marketing Management, Creating High Performance Sales Organizations and Automation Strategies and Implementation.

DCI’s Field & Sales Force Automation Conference is the only forum where you can hear from such a distinguished roster of over 50 presenters, including the top experts. Keynote presentations are to include: Robert B. Miller, formerly of Miller-Heiman, Inc., Richard Brock, President and CEO, Brock International, Inc., and Jeff Papows, Executive Vice President and COO, Lotus Development Corporation.

There’s more...Lotus Notes, introduced in 1989 and the world’s leading messaging and groupware software, will present the SFA-Powered by Notes Conference to run in conjunction with the Field & Sales Force Automation Conference. This five-track conference focuses on the power of Notes’ design capabilities which make Notes the preeminent sales and marketing platform.

Also running concurrently with DCI’s Field & Sales Force Automation Conference will be Network World Unplugged. With four pivotal conference tracks, Network World Unplugged will concentrate on reaching the "road warrior" along with the branch or remote office worker quicker, easier and more cost effectively.
