DCI's Promotional Awards Program

Sign a contract with DCI for an event that is more than one year out from the contract date and receive a DCI Promotional Awards Certificate good towards the purchase of promotional products from DCI's Promotional Products Guide.

Certificates you earn by purchasing an event that is one or more years out from the contract date can be used for purchasing promotional items for any event in which you're exhibiting this year! Your DCI Promotional Awards Certificate may be redeemed at any time before its expiration date for any event in which you are exhibiting.

Any DCI Promotional Awards Certificate may be used towards the purchase of select promotional products from DCI's Promotional Product Planning Guide.

This DCI Promotional Awards Certificate may be combined with other DCI Promotional Awards Certificates made out to the same company, not to exceed $600 per event.

DCI Promotional Awards amounts may be used for several products.

The DCI Promotional Awards Program is subject to change and DCI management approval.

Certificate Redemption Rules:

1. Eligibility: DCI Promotional Awards are awarded to customers when contracts are signed more than one (1) year out from the event date.
2. The use of DCI Promotional Awards: This DCI Promotional Awards Certificate may be used towards the purchase of select promotional products from our DCI Promotional Product Planning Guide including: kiosks, billboards, banners, shuttle buses, message boards, receptions, media press room sponsorship, technology briefings, private suites, badge holder insert, and registration room sponsorship.
   The DCI Promotional Awards Certificate may be combined with other DCI Promotional Awards Certificates made out to the same company. DCI Promotional Awards amounts must be redeemed in full.
3. Redemption Rules: This DCI Promotional Awards Certificate may be redeemed at any time before the expiration date (indicated on the front of the certificate) for any event in which you are exhibiting. For example, this certificate may be redeemed today for events being held either this month, this year, or two years into the future, regardless of the purchase that earned the award. This certificate may not be applied to items already purchased and invoiced.
   In order to redeem this DCI Promotional Awards Certificate, your deposit for the show from which these points were earned (as is indicated on the face of the certificate) must be paid in full.
4. DCI Promotional Awards Certificate Expiration: All DCI Promotional Awards Certificates are issued with expiration dates. The certificate must be redeemed before the printed expiration date. Note: it may be used to purchase promotional items for shows being held after the expiration date.
5. Cancellation of Contract: If a contract for which customers received DCI Promotional Awards is canceled, he/she is responsible for the list price for any DCI promotional items contracted through this DCI Promotional Awards Program.
6. Promotional Items Contract: This certificate shall be considered a binding contract between the two parties and subject to the rules and regulations set forth by DCI in this contract when signed and submitted to DCI. This contract is made under and shall be governed by the laws of the state of Massachusetts in all respects, including matter of construction, validity, and performance.
